M18A1 - Claymore Mine

An anti-personnel explosive device that projects a concentrated blast of steel ball bearings in it's forward direction. Claymores are commonly encountered as traps left behind by previous wanderers across the Strata, making the topside especially dangerous. They are activated by a tripwire, but can be defused, picked up, and added to the player’s inventory to be redeployed later for tactical use.
